Shipping

Is shipping always free?

Yes, We offer free shipping on every item purchased through our website.

*Limited-access remote locations may be exempt from free shipping. Please enquire with our Customer Experience team with your post code if you are unsure.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout). Feel free to contact us for more help about delivery support.

Why is there longer dispatch time on some rugs?

Some of the rugs are on pre-order, with the listed dispatch timeframe referring to the estimated arrival of the stocks. When the listed timeframe for the product to leave our warehouse is longer than 1 business day, the date is only an estimate and can vary from time to time based on unforeseen circumstances. If you have already placed your order and would like to get the most updated timeframe estimate on when your order will leave our warehouse, please contact our Customer Experience team via Live Chat or Email.

How do I track my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. If your order is in stock, it will be processed and shipped in approximately 2 business day. When your order is on its way, you’ll receive another email with your courier tracking information. Use this tracking to follow your order's journey. Keep an eye out for these emails in your inbox (and junk folder too).

When will my rug arrive?

Delivery is handled by a 3rd party courier company so we are unable to provide exact times or delivery days. The courier company performs deliveries Monday-Friday during business hours. All of our rugs are considered special handling requirement freight and therefore fall under the delivery timeframes as shown on the courier website tracking.

What happens if I am not at home to receive my delivery?

Couriers should leave you a card enabling you to rearrange delivery directly with them. They may also leave your rug if they deem a safe place to leave it within your property.

Please note we have limited control over the couriers, however we will always do what we can to assist in the delivery of your gorgeous GookyGoods rug, you may just have to be patient with us while we help you!

Why do I need to provide my EIN or SSN for customs clearance?

Providing your Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Social Security Number (SSN) is required for customs clearance to ensure proper identification and verification of the importer or consignee. This information helps U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) process your shipment and ensures compliance with customs regulations. Without this information, your shipment may be delayed, held, or returned by customs authorities. Please be assured that your EIN or SSN is kept confidential and is only used for the purpose of customs processing.

Returns and Refunds

Can I cancel or amend my order?

When an order is placed, it is instantly sent to our distribution warehouse for processing and shipping preparation. This means that unfortunately once an order is placed, it is difficult for us to alter or change it. If you reach out to our Customer Service team via the live chat,email, or phone, we will do our best to accommodate your request!

How do I return a product?

India:All items purchased online are eligible for 15 days hassle free return. For more detailsclick here In case of non-manufacturing defects, the shipping cost for the return has to borne by the customer. In such cases, we can arrange for the logistics.
International:Return policy is applicable on manufacturing defects only. For more information, kindly get in touch with us athelp@gookygoods.com.
Note: 15 Days Hassle Free Return" is not applicable on custom rugs.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

For indian customers, The rug first needs to reach our warehouse, and under go inspection. If it passes inspect, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method. This will be processed within 48 hours from the day that the rug was returned back to us.

I am an international customer, does the return policy apply to me?

No, as of now 15 days hassle free return policy is valid for customers in India only. For international customers our Warranty Policy is applicable.

Are true colors shown on your website for rug images?

Yes, the rugs showcased on the website are in true colors. However, depending on the resolution of your device's screen, there might be slight variation in the color of the actual rug and it's website image.

If I share my room pictures with you, will you be able to suggest a good rug?
