What is your return policy?

Any item delivered outside India is not eligible for return and refund. Only exchange of product is available within 15 days of item receipt with below conditions:

  • Buyer has to make selection of exchange product/products (Of similar or more value)
  • Buyer has to self- ship original product in sellable condition to our Indian warehouse or we may arrange the shipping on buyer’s request. In both these cases shipping cost inclusive of all taxes and duties is to be borne by buyer.
  • Once the original product is received at our warehouse, it will go through quality check.
  • After the quality check we will require the balance payment if any. Once the balance payment is done, we will dispatch the new selection at your location (New product shipping cost will be taken care by gookygoods)
  • For the new selected product:
    1. If the value is higher than original product value. We will need balance payment before dispatching new selection.
    2. If the value is lower than original product value. We will provide a coupon of balance amount which can be redeemed in next 6 months from issuing date on website.
  • For custom orders, exchange is applicable only in case of any manufacturing defect.
Will I have to pay for the shipping back to GookyGoods?

How do I process for exchange of rug to GookyGoods within 15 days?
  • Exchange request must be raised within 15 days, after receipt of order

  • Within 1-2 working days. You will receive a call from our customer support team.

Terms & Conditions for exchange of product
  • Exchange request must be raised within 15 days, after receipt of order
  • Buyer has to ship original product to our Indian warehouse at his/her cost inclusive of all taxes and duties
  • Buyer has to Dispatch the product in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  • Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact. Altered and illegible serial number will also void exchange.
  • We will initiate the replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
  • Buyer may or may not receive the same discount or offer given on the earlier selection on the exchange of rug. It will be on discretion of JR.
  • In case Buyer receive a product with manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the rug at contact@gookygoods.com
  • For custom orders, return/exchange is applicable only in case of any manufacturing defect.
Defects outside product “manufacturing defect” entitlement:
  • Occasional sprouting pulls or loss of single tufts of fiber.
  • Shedding. (This can be reduced by vacuuming the rug at a low power mode at least once a week)
  • Color and texture changes due to the use of natural fibers and dyes or prolonged exposure to sunlight, humidity, heat or certain atmospheric gases.
  • Rolling marks. (These can disappear with routine vacuuming)
  • Matting and crushing in rugs, which can be minimized by proper maintenance of the rug.
  • Rugs recently removed from a bag may have odor which can dissipate by placing the rug (back side up) in direct sunlight for 24 hours.
